Vegetarian Green Chili recipe

 

Vegetarian Green Chili ingredients list:

12 green chilis, roasted, peeled and chopped.

4 garlic cloves, minced.

1 medium onion, chopped.

6 cups of vegetable bouillon.

2 tablespoons of flour.

1 tablespoon of olive oil.

Cilantro, cumin and oregano to taste.

Salt and pepper.

Vegetarian Green

Instructions for Vegetarian Green Chili:

Saute the chopped onion and minced garlic in olive oil.


Add the chilis and vegetable bouillon.


Add salt and pepper to taste.


Dissolve the flourin a cup of hot water; add.


Simmer for 45-60 minutes.
