Fish strips recipe with tartar sauce

 Ingredients

1.5 kg of tilapia fillets in strips

Juice of 2 lemons

Salt and black pepper to taste

2 cups wheat flour (tea)

3 beaten eggs

2 cups broken angel hair pasta

Frying oil

Tartar sauce

1 and 1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1/2 cup (tea) pickled mixed pickles, drained

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

salt to taste

Method of preparation

For the sauce, beat all the ingredients in a blender until creamy and smooth, transfer to a bowl or gravy boat and decorate as desired.

Reserve.

Season the fish with the lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Cover the fish and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Pass the fish strips through the wheat flour, the beaten eggs and the broken pasta.

Fry in hot oil, in immersion, little by little, until golden.

Drain on absorbent paper and serve with the tartar sauce.

Yield: 6 servings

Preparation time: 60 minutes (+ 30 minutes rest)
