Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons Shaoxing wine (or dry sherry)
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon grated ginger
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon cornstarch
4-5 sheets of parchment paper

Instructions:
Cut the chicken thighs into small pieces, about 1 inch in size.
In a large bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, sesame oil, honey, grated ginger, minced garlic, and cornstarch.
Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and toss to coat.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the chicken marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours.
Preheat your steamer or a large pot with a steamer insert over high heat.
Take a sheet of parchment paper and fold it in half lengthwise. Place a few pieces of chicken in the center of the parchment paper, and then fold the paper over to enclose the chicken.
Fold the edges of the parchment paper over several times to seal the packet. Use cooking twine to tie the packet securely.
Repeat with the remaining chicken pieces and parchment paper.
Place the chicken packets in the steamer and steam for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
Serve the paper wrapped chicken hot, either in the parchment paper or remove it from the paper before serving.
