Ingredients:
1 can of condensed milk
2 glasses of milk
400g of walnuts
100g semisweet chocolate
1 dose of amaretto
½ can of cream
3 spoons of sugar
½ vanilla bean
Crushed walnuts (for filling) and whole walnuts (for decoration)
Method of preparation:
Bring condensed milk and a glass of milk to cook
until firm, stirring constantly. When it's firmer;Put the crushed nuts in the blender;
Make a mixture with milk, sugar and vanilla;
Soak the biscuit in the milk and make layers of nut cream and biscuit in a refractory;
Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie, add the cream and the amaretto,
and place this mixture as the last layer;Place the whole nuts over the candy to decorate.
