Coconut exotic rice recipe

 Ingredients

4 tablespoons soybean oil

2 minced garlic cloves

2 cups rice (parboiled)

4 cups boiling water (tea)

1 tablespoon Turmeric

½ cup coarsely grated coconut

salt to taste

Method of preparation

Sauté the garlic in soybean oil, without letting it brown.

Add the rice, sauté well, and add the curcumã.

Salt.

Add the water and let it cook.

When it's cooked, turn it off and add the coconut.

Serve.
