The A1 burger is a delicious and flavorful burger made with A1 steak sauce, which adds a tangy and savory flavor to the meat. Here's a simple recipe for making an A1 burger:
Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef (80% lean, 20% fat)
2 tablespoons A1 steak sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
4 burger buns
Optional toppings: cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise
Instructions:
Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, A1 steak sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix well with your hands to evenly distribute the seasoning.
Divide the meat into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties. Make a slight indentation in the center of each patty to prevent them from puffing up during cooking.
Place the burgers on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C) for medium doneness.
Toast the burger buns on the grill for about 1-2 minutes until lightly browned.
Assemble the burgers by placing each patty on a bun and adding your preferred toppings, such as cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, ketchup, mustard, or mayonnaise.
Serve hot and enjoy your delicious A1 burgers!
Note: You can also cook the burgers on a stovetop or in the oven if you don't have a grill. Just heat a skillet over medium-high heat or preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake the burgers for about 15-20 minutes.
