Ingredients
3 eggs
1 pinch of salt
3 spoons (soup) of NESTLE traditional cream cheese 200g
Method of preparation
In a mixer, beat the egg whites together with the salt.
On a baking sheet, covered with oiled parchment paper, distribute the egg whites into 6 “little mounds” and, with the help of a spoon, make a shallow cavity in the center.
Distribute the NESTLÉ curd cheese in the cavities and on top, distribute the egg yolks.
Place in a preheated medium oven (180°C) for about 15 minutes or until the yolks are cooked and the whites are golden.
Serve next.
