Ingredients
1 can of condensed milk
270 ml egg whites (about 10 or 11 egg whites)
1/2 cup (tea) of sugar
1 can of peaches in syrup
Method of preparation
Beat the egg whites until stiff (leave them very stiff), add the sugar and beat a little more.
Out of the mixer, gradually add the condensed milk and gently stir with a hand mixer until well incorporated.
Grease a mold with a hole in the middle with margarine and bake in a water bath for about 40/50 minutes.
(When I put it in the oven, the bain-marie water was already hot).
Unmold while still warm and drizzle with the peach sauce and decorate with sliced peaches.

Separate some peaches to decorate and beat the rest with part of the syrup in the blender.
The amount of syrup varies, the ideal is to leave the sauce not too thin, so add it little by little.
Water that sauce and decorate with the peaches.
Serve chilled.
